Human ideas are sometimes surprising. Before the invention of the Radar, there was the “aerophone”, an apparatus that was able to amplify the sound of the engines of approaching enemy’s airplanes. Actually the mechanism comprised of two big ears that seemed to be applied to a blind person who was supposed to have a superior hearing. These ears where surely bigger than those of an elephant. L’ingegno umano alle volte e’ davvero incredibile. Prima dell’invenzione dei radar esisteva un apparecchio denominato aerofono che era in grado di amplificare il suono dei motori degli aeroplani nemici in arrivo. Si trattava di due enormi orecchioni metallici che sembravano quasi applicati ad un operatore solitamente non vedente che risultava quindi avere un senso dell’udito maggiormente sviluppato.
